Roxana Ehsani, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, is a registered dietitian and media spokesperson. She has been quoted in various national media outlets including U.S. News and World Report, WebMD, Parade, Eat This Not That, Runner’s World, Eating Well, and many more. She has also made regular media appearances on morning shows in Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Las Vegas. Roxana has worked with a number of professional, Olympic, collegiate, and high school teams and athletes. She also currently teaches Sports Nutrition in Practice as an adjunct professor at Virginia Tech.

I love educating people about how impactful and powerful food can be! How once a person starts paying attention to their nutrition, they can see shifts in improvements to their mood, energy levels, athletic performance, and overall health and well-being.

Education

Roxana Ehsani received a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition, foods, and exercise from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed an internship in dietetics at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
