David Ozeri, MD, FACP, FACR, is a rheumatologist and current researcher at Sheba Medical Center in Israel. He worked at Kings County Hospital Center and treated veterans at New York Harbor Healthcare Hospital while completing his internal medicine residency. From his experience during his residency at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, he developed a passion for learning more about information sharing and medical resource equity.


In addition to his medical training, Dr. Ozeri completed a fellowship in rheumatology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center that focused on treating musculoskeletal disorders and autoimmune diseases. During the fellowship, he was introduced to using novel biologic therapies to overcome persistent, debilitating autoimmune diseases. At the end of his fellowship, he was awarded an academic appointment as an assistant professor at Weill Cornell.
