Corinne Savides Happel, MD, is an allergist and assistant professor at the John Hopkins School of Medicine. Her interests include allergic skin disorders like atopic dermatitis, asthma, allergies, and other immune disorders.

During her fellowship at the National Institute of Health, Dr. Happel had the opportunity to publish her own research. She published her work on patients with genetic disorders that predispose them to severe atopic dermatitis and food allergies in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. She became a fellow and speaker for the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology in 2019.

Education

As a fellow of the AAAAI, Dr. Happel graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College and her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at the National Institute of Health.
